The tree stump is a challenge of its own and requires specialized equipment to grind down and to get eradicated. With the right machinery there is no more need for heavy equipment or hours of hard labour to dig a tree stump out from the ground. Today, we grind it down to a few inches below the ground and then fill the area above it back up again with the surrounding soil and created mulch. Why Tree Stump Grinding

Tree stump grinding is a process that is performed with the use of a machine that has a spinning disk with “teeth” connected to it. This disk and teeth very effectively grind down a stump layer by layer until the tree stump is below ground level. How deep the stump will be ground down below ground will depend on the machine’s ability and your requirement. In general, grinding the stump six to eight inches below the ground is sufficient for most purposes. The width of the stump does not matter as the grinding bit can move from side to side. The stump grinding machine is also manoeuvrable and can therefore be moved around as is needed. This is an effective machine and most size tree stumps can be ground down in a couple of hours. When we are done, it will look as if there has never been a tree in the area where the stump has been ground out from.
